Creative Workshops
At Shrewsbury Textiles & Creative Stitch (STACS), we host three to four workshops each year designed to inspire creativity and skill development. These workshops offer members and visitors a chance to explore new textile techniques, revive old stitching skills, or simply enjoy a full day of creative stitching. Whether you're a beginner or an experienced crafter, you'll find something exciting to learn and create with us!
Travelling Books
Take part in our annual voluntary project at Shrewsbury Textiles & Creative Stitch, where participants create six to seven unique pieces of work that are mounted into A5 sketchbooks. These sketchbooks travel from person to person, allowing each member to contribute their creativity. By the end of the project, you'll receive your own sketchbook back, filled with a beautiful collection of collaborative textile art. It’s a fantastic way to share inspiration and showcase your talent
